Ingredients: carbonated water, cane sugar, pure essential oils of sweet birch, cinnamon, sassafras, and anise, extracts of bourbon vanilla, yucca, and licorice, other natural flavors and spices, caramel color (from cane sugar), citric acid.

Review: I am biased, considering this was one of my favorite root beers going into this experiment. It remains so, with lovely root beer and strong vanilla taste, and a smooth and creamy mouth feel. Simply great.

Head? minimal, but good carbonation
